Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Cardiology

Heart & Vascular Care is a growing, physician-led cardiology group serving Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. Our team includes 26 physicians and 21 APPs, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care using advanced technology and a collaborative approach.
We’re looking for a motivated NP or PA to join our team across clinic and hospital settings.
The Role
- Mix of outpatient clinic + hospital care
- Evaluate and manage electrophysiology patients
- Order/interpret tests, manage medications, and coordinate care
- Work closely with cardiologists and APP team
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday
- Weekend call once every 7th weekend
- Primarily Johns Creek and occasionally Cumming
What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Cardiology experience preferred
- Open to strong new grads (especially with cardiac RN experience)
- Team-oriented, dependable, patient-focused
