Position Summary
The Clinical Research Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for clinical research positions. This individual will partner closely with leaders and hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire qualified clinical research professionals to support organizational and research growth.
The Clinical Research Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring timely hiring, developing strong candidate pipelines, and supporting the continued growth and success of the clinical research network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical research roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Partner with hiring managers and research leadership to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and timelines
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening interviews, and preliminary qualification assessments
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Track candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and recruiting progress using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, pipeline status, and hiring progress
- Assist with drafting and refining job descriptions as needed
- Help build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruiting process
- Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of recruiting experience within a multisite-clinical research network, clinical research organization, life sciences/medical devices, or healthcare services organizations
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, particularly using LinkedIn
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting software
- Ability to manage 5+ open roles simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within a multisite clinical research network or CRO
- Familiarity with cardiovascular clinical research and/or cardiology practice environments
- Experience supporting rapid hiring initiatives and organizational growth
