As we continue to expand access to world-class cardiovascular care, Village Heart & Vein, a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Electrophysiology team in Lady Lake, Florida.
This is an outpatient-focused opportunity to work alongside experienced electrophysiologists and Advanced Practice Providers while caring for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders in a collaborative cardiology practice setting. The ideal candidate will have prior electrophysiology experience and a passion for delivering exceptional cardiovascular care. This role offers a balance of autonomy in managing your patient schedule while providing the opportunity to play an active role in our newly designed outpatient AFib Clinic.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other electrophysiology conditions
  • Provide ongoing care coordination and management for general EP patients
  • Play an active role in the outpatient AFib Clinic
  • Review and interpret EKGs, ambulatory monitors, cardiac imaging, and laboratory studies
  • Manage antiarrhythmic and cardiovascular medications
  • Assist with the management and follow-up of patients with implantable cardiac devices
  • Collaborate with electrophysiologists on device programming and ongoing device management
  • Provide patient education regarding arrhythmias, cardiac devices, treatment options, and procedural care

Qualifications
  • Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active Florida license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
  • 3–5 years of electrophysiology APP experience required
  • Cardiac device programming experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
