Village Heart & Vein, a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding cardiovascular team in the Leesburg area.
This position offers a unique combination of inpatient and outpatient cardiology responsibilities with flexible scheduling options, including the ability to choose a 4-day or traditional 5-day work week. Providers enjoy a collaborative practice environment, strong physician support, and the opportunity to care for a diverse cardiovascular patient population without weekend or call obligations.

Role Highlights
• Manage patients in both outpatient and inpatient cardiology settings
• Participate in hospital consults, rounding, follow-up visits, and clinic appointments
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
• Review diagnostic testing, adjust medications, and coordinate treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff
• Contribute to a patient-centered approach focused on improving cardiovascular outcomes

Qualifications
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Florida license or ability to obtain licensure
• Prior cardiology experience preferred but not required
• Providers with relevant clinical experience and a strong interest in cardiology are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
