MyCardiologist, a long-established cardiovascular practice serving South Florida for more than 60 years, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its team in Boca Raton.

Recently partnered with CVAUSA and Novocardia, the practice offers the stability and resources of a growing cardiovascular network while maintaining the culture and reputation of a respected local group. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP looking to grow within cardiology alongside experienced physicians and providers in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview

  • Primarily outpatient cardiology position based in Boca Raton
  • Manage established cardiovascular patients, including follow-up visits, medication management, and ongoing care
  • Evaluate patients with a variety of acute and chronic cardiac conditions
  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing, including EKGs, cardiac monitoring, imaging, stress testing, and laboratory studies
  • Collaborate closely with cardiologists, APPs, and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in hospital rounding responsibilities with the physician team
  • Shared weekend call rotation averaging approximately one weekend per month

Schedule

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active Florida license or ability to obtain licensure
  • Acute Care certification required
  • Cardiology experience preferred; candidates with a strong interest in cardiovascular care are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
