This is a fulltime opportunity
THE COMPANYAt Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), we believe that the total cost of cardiovascular care is too high and the optimal way to identify and remove the avoidable costs in cardiovascular care delivery is by equipping and empowering cardiovascular physicians with new care models and new financial incentives via risk-based contracts.
Novocardia, the value-based care division of CVAUSA, is responsible for supporting our partner practices to transform care models in ways which improve care quality and help achieve the triple aim and implement risk-based contracting. We are deeply passionate about improving care quality, and about providing more Americans with access to great, evidence-based chronic disease care. We are also committed to building more sustainable and durable payment models for this care – models which reward clinicians for delivering the right care, in the right place at the right time.
