Looking to bring your clinical experience into cardiology?
We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established and growing cardiology practice serving the greater Orlando area.
Direct cardiology experience is not required. We welcome APPs with transferable experience in primary care, internal medicine, hospital medicine, pulmonary medicine, or cardiology who are interested in developing their cardiovascular knowledge alongside an experienced team.
You'll work with more than 10 cardiologists across an established cardiovascular program, caring for a diverse patient population in both the outpatient clinic and hospital setting.

Bring Your Experience to Cardiology
You don't need to already be a cardiology expert to bring valuable experience to our team.
APPs coming from primary care or internal medicine may bring experience managing hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and other cardiovascular risk factors.
Providers with hospitalist, inpatient, or pulmonary backgrounds may bring valuable experience managing medically complex patients, interpreting diagnostic testing, coordinating care, and treating conditions that frequently overlap with cardiovascular disease.
Our team provides the collaborative environment and physician support to help the right provider continue building their expertise in cardiovascular medicine.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work alongside our cardiologists to care for patients across the continuum of cardiovascular care. Responsibilities may include:
Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions
Provide outpatient cardiovascular follow-up and ongoing disease management
Participate in hospital-based cardiology care
Review patient histories, medications, symptoms, and treatment progress
Order and review appropriate laboratory and cardiovascular diagnostic testing
Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, risk factors, and treatment plans
Coordinate care with physicians, APPs, nursing teams, and other healthcare professionals
What We're Looking For
Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active Florida license or ability to obtain licensure
Bilingual in English and Spanish
APP experience in cardiology, primary care, internal medicine, hospital medicine, pulmonary medicine, or another relevant clinical specialty
Interest in developing or continuing a career in cardiovascular medicine
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
Schedule & Locations
This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a combination of outpatient clinic and hospital responsibilities.
Call and weekend responsibilities are shared across the team and include approximately:
Four phone-only call nights per month
One weekend of shared coverage per month
Practice locations throughout the greater Orlando area include Celebration, Davenport, Kissimmee, Orlando, Poinciana, and St. Cloud.
