As we grow, our goal is to expand our geographic coverage so we can help even more people realize the quality of life that can result from the very best heart care in Florida. We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic and patient-centered Electrophysiologist within our local Villages and Leesburg offices, ASC, and affiliated hospitals.

• Geography: Centrally located to Florida's beautiful coastal waters, Orlando, Gainesville, and Tampa. Location will allow you to reside in the areas of Mount Dora, Tavares, Clermont, or even Apopka.
• Cost of living: Sumter County has some of the most affordable labor, land, water, and electricity in Florida. It's also considered a good place for retirees to live on a budget.
• School Systems: The Village Charter School system includes two large Charter High Schools, which have a graduation rate of 99%, with 88% of the graduating class going on for their post-secondary education. Additional schooling opportunities include Middleton by The Villages k-8 Charter School, and Villages early Childhood programs ages 12-months and older. The schools are based off employment, rather than students home address and consist of three surrounding counties.
• Transportation: Sumter County has easy access to three interstates, two US highways, Florida's Turnpike, two international airports, a major rail line, and five deep water ports.
• Community & Amenities: The Villages offers both a growing retirement community and established Middleton Community for all ages. Some of the local amenities, include restaurants, taverns, golf, bowling, live entertainment, movies, shopping, and medical services.
• Outdoor activities: Sumter County is considered one of the best counties in Florida for outdoor activities.
• Climate: Sumter County's zone 9 climate is ideal for growing a variety of crops, and the mild winters allow farmers to grow fresh vegetables year-round.

• Full-time Electrophysiologist
• Location: The Villages/Leesburg clinics and hospitals
• Very close and collegial clinical team of five physicians, 6 advanced practice providers, MAs, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Physician will focus on a variety of Electrophysiology services within our clinics, hospitals, and ambulatory surgical center. May include some general call coverage support, but position can be primarily Electrophysiology
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Additional APP, MA, and administrative support in clinic and hospital.
• Lucrative compensation model with production bonuses, partnership track, equity, and a full benefits package.
• Sign-on/relocation package negotiable

• B/C in Cardiovascular Medicine, and B/E or B/C in Electrophysiology 
• Completion from a US Accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular program
• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
• Board Certified in Nuclear and Echo a plus
• Hard working, patient satisfaction/quality must be front and center.
• Collegial, teamwork focused, and patient centered.
